Terrible experience. Claimed that a fuel grade issue was caused by the weather. Didn't log last service.
Staff was welcoming, very polite and professional, my advisor was great as well. But my issue was with the time it took to service the car, was told later in the day that the car needed to stay at the dealership overnight, I was not offered a rental or loner car, or at least a voucher for lift or Uber so i can get to the dealership to pick it up. When I picked up the car the next day, it was not washed as requested.
Purchased my second vehicle from the dealership and actually incredible experience and I was treated like a returning customer. Jace Campbell helped me out and ended up getting me a fantastic deal. Highly recommended, really excellent service.

Fastest purchase I think I have ever had in my life at a car dealership. Everything was straightforward and everyone was easy to work with. In and out in about 2 hours.
