VW Murrieta is by far the best dealership I've been to. I was greeted promptly by the service manager, Frank Madrid, and he was truly kind and patient with me. He kept me informed of everything that was going on, what the expected next steps were, as well as what could happen if xyz didn't work. It was truly appreciated. Frank was amazing and his honesty and transparency were refreshing.
